After School & Lunchtime Clubs

Autumn term - September - December 2019

We are pleased to offer a wide range of after school and lunchtime clubs for the autumn term, we hope with something for everyone. Due to high demand, we are continuing to offer an extra TechnoKids Computer club session on Mondays and we're pleased to be running two new clubs: Teddy Cricket for Years 1 & 2 on Mondays and Spartans Basketball for Years 4 – 6 on Fridays.

Please always check the collection point for your child's club at the start of every term in case of room changes; collection points are available here on the website and are also displayed on the school reception entrance doors.

Clubs are available to children in Year 1 – 6 only.

Clubs on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday will run for 11 sessions. Clubs on a Friday, with the exception of French lunchtime club, will run for 10 sessions due to the INSET day on Friday 25th October. French lunchtime club will run for 11 sessions and the last session will be on Thursday 12th December (not Friday 13th December). All clubs on a Monday and Tuesday will have their last session on Monday 9th and Tuesday 10th December, to make up for the session lost on Monday 4th and Tuesday 5th November, which are INSET days. Any other catch up classes needed will be run week beginning Monday 9th December.

All clubs run after school from 3.30 – 4.30 pm, except those marked * in the table below, which are held over lunchtime. Children who are attending a lunchtime club will need a packed lunch provided for them.

There are two types of clubs – those run by school (internal) and those run by outside organisations (external).

External clubs are all highlighted ** in the table below. Bookings for these clubs are made directly with the club provider. Please see the club's application form or information flyer available in school reception and on the school website here.

To book an internal club, please complete the application form attached below and return it to the school office by Friday 19th July 2019. Payment must also be made at the time of application, ideally online via ParentPay.

Please note that club places will be allocated on a ‘first come first served’ basis and will only run if minimum numbers are reached. You will not receive confirmation of the clubs you have booked - we will only contact you if your child has been unsuccessful in getting a place.
