After School & Lunchtime Clubs

Spring Term - January - March 2020 

Clubs are available to children in Year 1 – 6 only.

Clubs start week beginning Monday 13^th January 2020 and run for 10 weeks except Gardening and Start to Sing which start after the half term break. The last week for most clubs will be the week of Monday 23^rd March. Monday 30^th March – Friday 3^rd April is catch up week when any cancelled sessions will be made up. Please note that Chess – Advanced and Technokids Computer clubs will have 11 sessions - the 11^th session will run on the club’s normal day during catch up week (Monday 30^th March – Friday 3^rd April).

All clubs run after school from 3.30 – 4.30 pm, except those marked * in the table below, which are held over lunchtime. Children who are attending a lunchtime club will need a packed lunch provided for them. 

There are two types of clubs – those run by school (internal) and those run by outside organisations (external).

External clubs are all highlighted ** in the table below. Bookings for these clubs are made directly with the club provider. Please see the club's application form or information flyer available in school reception and on the school website here. 

To book an internal club, please complete the application form attached below and return it to the school office. Payment must also be made at the time of application, ideally online via ParentPay.  Please note that refunds for clubs are not given after the first week.

Please always check the collection point for your child's club at the start of every term in case of room changes; collection points are available here on the website and are also displayed on the school reception entrance doors.

Please note that club places will be allocated on a first come first served basis and will only run if minimum numbers are reached. You will not receive confirmation of the clubs you have booked - we will only contact you if your child has been unsuccessful in getting a place.   

If your child is in Year 6 and you would like them to travel home alone after their club, you MUST inform the school office in writing before their first club session.
