After school clubs for the summer!

A small number of after school clubs for children in Years 1 – 6 will run during the summer term. In line with our COVID-19 protocol and procedures, the clubs will run in year group bubbles, with a maximum of 15 children in each, so places are very limited. If government guidelines allow, we hope to offer more clubs, and places, after the May half term.

Update - 26th March 2021

The booking window for after school clubs for the summer term has now closed. There are still a few places left on the Just4Kicks Junior Football club (Year 3 and 4) and the Fern Hill Junior Football club (Year 5 and 6). Please contact us at: if your child would like to join one of these next term. Just4kicks Infant Football Club (Year 1 and 2) is now full but if you would like your child to be added to the waiting list, please let us know.

Places for the tennis club for children in Year 3 and Year 4 with ESG Tennis England are also still available – please contact ESG  directly to book.

Unfortunately, Spartans Basketball for Year 6 will not now be running; please contact Spartans directly if you have any queries.

Clubs are available to children in Year 1 – 6 only.

Clubs will run for 11 weeks, starting the week of Monday 26th April and ending the week of Monday 12th July. The week of Monday 19th July is a catch up week when any cancelled sessions will be made up.

All clubs run after school from 3:30 – 4:30 pm, except the club for Year 1 and 2 on Mondays which runs from 3:15 - 4:15 pm.

ESG Tennis England and Spartans Basketball are run by external providers. Bookings for these clubs are made directly with them. For further information and contact details for these providers, click  here.

Extracurricular Clubs Application Form - Summer Term 2021

Payment must be made online via ParentPay at the time of booking.

In the interests of fairness to all families and to minimise the risk of transmission of COVID-19 across bubbles, at this time, children may only attend one club.

Please note that club places will be allocated on a first come first served basis and will only run if minimum numbers are reached. You will not receive confirmation of the club you have booked - we will only contact you if your child has been unsuccessful in getting a place in which case they will be placed on the waiting list. Sessions are non-refundable.

Children must wear shin pads and long socks in order to participate in the football clubs. If they arrive for a session without this equipment, they will not be able to play.

Information regarding where to collect your child when their club ends will be available on the website here at the start of the summer term.

If your child is in Year 6 and you would like them to travel home alone after their club, you MUST indicate this on the application form and inform the school office in writing before their first club session.
