Parents’ Evening will be held on Wednesday 13th October, 4:00 – 7:00 pm and Thursday 14th October, 1:45 – 6:00 pm

Our Parents' Evening System for booking an appointment with your class teacher has now closed.

If you have booked a virtual appointment on Wednesday 13th October, please refer to this detailed guide on the video call facility and how to attend: How to attend appointments over video call.

If you have booked an in-person appointment on Thursday 14th October, please wear a face covering (unless you are exempt) when you move around the school building. If your child is in Year 5 or Year 6, they are welcome to attend the appointment with you. Children will not be able to wait in the corridor while you attend your appointment so please make alternative care arrangements if possible. To ensure a comfortable and safe environment for everyone, we ask that only one parent or carer attends an appointment.

Don’t forget that school closes early at 1:30 pm on Thursday 14th October for children in Reception through to Year 6.

Due to high demand, Tree Tops is fully booked for Thursday 14th October and the waiting list is now closed. Please do not make a booking for this day using ParentPay — your booking will be cancelled by the system.  

Arrangements for after school clubs

Football, Gymnastics and Chess club will run after school ends. Football and Gymnastics will finish at 2:30 pm. As our Chess club leader is not available until 2:00 pm, the children attending the club will be supervised from 1:30 – 2:00 pm in the Chess room and the club itself will run from 2:00 – 3:00 pm. Children will be dismissed from their usual club collection point.
