The children's first week back at school is Welcome Week when they will take part in lots of different activities to create a sense of belonging and togetherness in their class. They will also explore the diversity of their class, celebrating the different cultures and identities. It's also a time to set expectations and establish the routines for the new school year.

As part of Welcome Week, we will be holding a Parent Welcome meeting for each year group where your new class teacher will share information on what the children will be learning throughout the year. These will be held at 9:00 am in the Large Hall. Please see the Key Dates section of the newsletter for the date of your child's year group meeting.
