Science Day Workshops
The children enjoyed a fantastic Science Day.
We started off with an assembly to show off our fabulously imaginative costumes and heard about an exciting competition to design a poster to convince Mrs Gilchrist and Miss Lyne what the best invention ever is. The poster needs to be bright and eye catching so it can be displayed around the school and the three most convincing posters will win science prizes! The Deadline: Wednesday after Easter April 15th.
As well as exciting science lessons taking place in every classroom, KS1 enjoyed a workshop where they made their own slime and KS2 experimented with dry ice!
The children were left with a big question to consider: What do you think would happen if everyone on earth jumped at the same time? Ideas can be posted in the yellow box on the science board.
