Fern Hill will be hosting a Maths week commencing the 16^th November for all children at school. During this week, the pupils will be taking part in; exciting problem solving workshops, money management projects, challenge activities, shape walks and competitions. In order for us to hold this truly rewarding week we are asking that each pupil brings in £1 to support the funding of these external workshops. Please can you bring in your money by Friday 13th November and hand into the office. 

Overview of events:

The Happy Puzzle Company will be visiting Fern Hill on both Wednesday 18th and Thursday 19th November.

Parents are invited to attend The Happy Puzzle workshop with your children to experience the problem solving activities and also gather some useful tips to support your children at home.

These will run from 3:30pm til 5pm.

The session on the Wednesday is aimed at Nursery, Reception and Years 1 and 2. The session on Thursday is aimed at Years 3, 4, 5 and 6.

On Friday 20th November there will be a Maths dress up day for both staff and pupils. We look forward to seeing your creations!
