American children's’ Author, Mac Barnett visited Fern Hill this week to promote his new book, 'The Terrible Two'.  KS2 children were enthralled by his funny stories about how he began writing and how a book goes from author to bookshop. His book was available for sale at a reduced cost and he signed many of them personally. Due to popular demand, his books sold out the next day. If you are waiting for a book, Kingston library have arranged for a delivery which should be available at the office by Wednesday.
