Fern Hill Primary School

All Together School Award

We are very proud to announce that Fern Hill has been awarded the prestigious All Together School gold status accreditation for 2018!

The Anti-Bullying Alliance’s All Together programme is a whole school anti-bullying programme for schools across England which provides resources and support to effectively audit current anti-bullying practice, develop a tailored anti-bullying action plan and help tackle bullying, including cyber-bullying. The programme also provides professional training for staff.

All Together Schools are schools that have evidenced their work to reduce bullying of all pupils, including disabled pupils and those with special educational needs. Being an All Together School with gold status is a fantastic achievement: 1,340 schools have signed up to the programme since its launch in April 2017 and of these, Fern Hill is one of only 172 who have been awarded the All Together Gold quality mark – the highest accreditation.

Our anti-bullying action plan has been developed with input from the children, parents, staff and governors and covers a number of different areas including school leadership and policy, pupil and parent voice, prevention, intervention and staff development.

You can find out more about the work of the Anti-Bullying Alliance on their website where you can also access useful tools and resources for both children and parents.
