The children of Year 3 looked magnificent dressed as Romans and Vikings for their Invader themed day. There were even a couple of grey squirrels! Everyone enjoyed taking part in a drama workshop, retelling the Roman retreat from Hadrian's Wall with lots of detail about life in Roman Britain. During the day the children designed a shield for a Roman god and made their own Thor Hammer pendant in clay. What a successful day!
