On Tuesday, Sycamore class paid a visit to Bedelsford, a special needs school in Kingston. Bedelsford has a vast array of children with differing needs and our children embraced the challenge of meeting children with disabilities and helping them with their learning. This gave Year 5 the opportunity to engage with other children from a very different background to their own. The day was a huge success and many new friends were made. The children especially enjoyed learning sign language and spending time in the schools new multi-sensory room. Ash class will be paying Bedelsford a visit very soon.
