Update Parent Parking... from Mr Scott

Can I please once again ask you to park responsibly once entering the school site, parking in designated bays only.  The safety of all the children is significantly at risk due to the misuse and abuse of the car park including the disabled parking bays.  The verbal abuse that many staff and parents have been subjected to is unacceptable and I fear that because attitudes towards child safety are not changing, a serious accident is waiting to happen. Such behaviour is also not fitting with the school Values. I am in talks with both the Kingston Academy and the Highways Agency to discuss safer solutions to a very difficult situation.  In the meantime, I need all parents, carers, staff and visitors  to the site to do all they can to ensure the safety of our children. Thank you.
