Harvest celebrations have been taking place throughout the school this week.

The garden gang, with trowels in hand, have been picking the best of the crop, a selection which was displayed and sold during our Harvest Festival. 

Assemblies were held on Wednesday celebrating Harvest around the World. The children enjoyed performing poems, dancing, telling stories of how different cultures celebrated their festivities. Willow class even wrote and recited their own rap! Everyone involved had fun whilst embracing the important messages captured during the assemblies.

A big thank you also goes out to parents and carers who donated and purchased goods from our Harvest. In total we raised £123.00. This will be donated to Unicef to support and protect Syrian refugee children.
