Time to order Lunch

Please order next terms school lunches

Closing date Monday 12th October

We have been watching carefully this term to see just how well our in-house catering and ordering system has worked. We have also been asking for the children’s feedback on meals and what they might like to see more of. Our new improved menu,  includes popular and international cuisine as well as healthy options!

There’s also an improved ordering system for parents too! We have created an excel spreadsheet for lunch orders (that can be downloaded from the website). The spreadsheet has links to the menu so that parents can select a pre-set meal type (main/meat free/baked potato/no meal). Your food choice will then be populated on the sheet for you to print off for your records.

Christmas Lunch: will be turkey with all the trimmings, or a vegetarian Quorn roast. This will be held on Wednesday 9th December and will need to be booked.

Christmas Class Parties: are taking place on Tuesday 15th December (KS2) and Thursday 17th December (KS1).  Please don’t order lunch on these days.  If you already have, then we will cancel your order for that day.  If you have already paid for lunch on that day, then you will receive a credit.

Lunch credits: we will send out statements of credits owing to you for this first half term at the start of November.  You will be able to use those credits when you order lunches for the Spring term.

Please either print the order form and submit to the school office, or save and email it to lunches@fernhill.rbksch.org. The deadline for this term is Monday 12th October 2015. Don’t forget to keep a copy of your child's lunch order for your records, as the office can no longer provide these.
