Car parking on the School site

Dear Parents/Carers

As you are aware the car parking arrangements have been changed from the start of this term due to the shared access arrangements with The Kingston Academy (TKA).

The front car park parallel to Richmond Road will become a ‘STAFF ONLY’ car park that will be controlled by a barrier.

There is still provision for Fern Hill parents to use the drop-off zone running parallel to the front car park.

Within the drop off zone, there are a number of parking bays allocated to disabled users visiting TKA. Please leave these bays vacant for disabled users.

Fern Hill Primary disabled bays with remain unchanged.

I would like to encourage all families to walk to school or to use alternative transport if at all possible.

I would like to thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding regarding this situation and I appreciate that this may cause some families an inconvenience. 

It is essential that we do not compound the congestion experienced already in the vicinity of both schools to ensure the Health and Safety of all children on the site.
