Last night Fern Hill was a buzz with Year 4 enjoying a mega Sleepover at school in preparation for the Year 5 Journey! The children, with sleeping bags and tooth brushes in hand had a fun-filled evening, followed by a DVD and camping in the school hall. The Y4 team, Mr Scott and Mrs Naik all took part in this special experience and were on hand to keep midnight feasts to a minimum! After a good nights sleep, (really?) the children were up bright and early and ready to explore Richmond Park to observe and record habitats. I think everyone will certainly be very ready for the weekend!
