School clubs – Autumn Term (September – December 2017)
We are pleased to offer a wide range of clubs next term (Sept – Dec 2017) which we hope will offer something for everyone. Clubs will start week beginning 11th September and will run for 12 weeks. All clubs will run after school from 3.30 – 4.30pm except those marked * which are at lunchtime and packed lunches are required.
Clubs are available to children in Year 1 – 6 only and we recommend only booking Year 1 children into one after school club as they find school life tiring at the start of term.
There are two types of clubs – those run by school and externally run clubs. The external clubs are all highlighted ** and should be contacted directly. Application forms for these clubs are available on the school website and outside the school office.
School clubs can now be booked in two different ways:
- Using this new Excel form. Complete the form using the drop-down boxes, save it to your hard drive and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Or complete a paper application form, also available outside the school office, and post in the foyer mailbox.
Please complete the payment section on either form and send payment along with your application by the deadline of Monday 3rd July 2017.
We strongly recommend payment online via ParentMail – any cheque or cash payments must be made to the school office where you will be issued with a receipt.
Please note that club places will be allocated on a “first come first served basis”. Also note that clubs will only run if minimum numbers are reached. You will not receive confirmation of your clubs, we will only contact you if your child has been unsuccessful in getting a place.
